Error 1426 OLE error code 0x80040154: Class not registered

or OLE error code 0x80070002

Solution

Run the IBSreg.bat file as suggested

Reinstall the Workstation and restart the computer.
 

Check to make sure that Infusion is excluded from the Anti Virus
