This error occurs when an Infusion upgrade has been run on the server and not on the workstation.

A previous versions of Infusion were uninstalled using unins000.exe while the existing versions remain (the required dll's have been deleted).

Solution

Run the Workstation Installer on the computer the error is appearing on.
