Message: Unable to load wwDotNetBridge:Unable to load Clr Instance

This error appears when loading V8.400 onto a Windows 10 computer or opening the Dashboard.

From Control Panel locate "Windows Features" and turn on the ".Net Framework 3.5 (includes .Net 2.0 and 3.0)" option
