Dll Register Server Not Found

This error appeared after upgrading on a GOGlobal Server.

Although hard to read the message says:
The module "<Infusion Path>\IBSAlert.exe" was loaded but the entry-point DllRegisterServer was not found.
Make sure that "<Infusion Path>\IBSAlert.exe" is a valid DLL or OCX file and then try again.

To remedy edit the IBSreg.bat file to remove the /S and run again as Administrator.
