Stock in Transit - Updated Reports - Recommended Reorder and Pending Transaction

Stock in Transit Transfers only Report

There’s now a custom report available on request that just runs for Stock in transit transfers only.  Details and instructions are :

Recommended Reorder Reports

An updated version of the Recommended Reorder Report and Recommended Reorder Report by Preferred Supplier is available from version 9.102 or on request.

Please Note – These reports should be run in conjunction with the Product Min/Max – By Preferred Supplier report which allows reporting on products that do not have a Minimum or Maximum value loaded.   Products without a Min or Max value will not be included in the Recommended Reorder reports.

The Recommended Reorder Reports have been updated to:

• Exclude products noted as Stop All Purchase orders
• Include totals – Note that Supplier totals are at Latest Cost and may differ from the Purchase Order value if Supplier costs against products are different from the latest cost in the system.
• Include an “In Transit” column and add this value to the “Available” figure.   This means that Stock in Transit that has left one location (is no longer in stock) but has not been received at the “To” location will be included in the available figure for the “To” location.

Pending Transactions Report

This report has been updated to separate standard saved transfers from Posted Stock In Transit transfers. These are only included if All Locations is selected which includes the Stock in Transit Location.
