When I look at the date of last sale on my Customer's Detail Pane it is blank, but the last sale column has a date recorded. What has happened?
Solution
Looking at the Customer Enquiry screen, we can see that the last sale was a zero balance invoice.
The date is correctly recorded in the Last Sale column but the information used to populate the Last Sale on the Details Panel does not record the date if it is a zero value transaction.
If a transactions is done at an earlier date, this will not populate the last sale either.
