Network Connection Between Server and Workstation Temporarily Lost

In the first instance it may present as "Unable to Load Message Library".

A Red cross is showing on the Server connection. But if this is double clicked on, the connection is established.

We have discovered two articles that show this to be caused by a script that is run on start up. This needs to be checked by an IT Company.
