Option to Use Markup or Margin on Invoices, Quotes and Jobs

Version 8.450 has seen the introduction of a Default to use either Markup or Margin on Quotes, Invoices and Job Costs.

This is set up under Admin / Defaults / Manage Customer Defaults

Previous versions used Markup and this will remain the default unless changed.
