How do I stop my Customer seeing a Credit I have done?

The first step is to match the invoice and credit. If these have the same date you can use Customers / Match Invoices/Credits or if dated differently use the Receive Payment option.
Once that is done make sure the Statement Layout that is used for your Customer will not show these transactions. Any of the Openitem - StdRemittance need to be selected.
If you print your Customers Statements, you will need to print a one off Statement during the Statement run. If you Email the Statements, change the Layout under Customer Customer Details - Layout Setup. Just remember to change it back.
