I have exited out of the software and am not prompted to do a backup. How do I remedy this so I can create a backup?
- Is there a copy of the software running minimized on the toolbar? - Only the last user will be prompted to do a back up.
- Does the user logged in have the appropriate security rights to do a backup?
- As a last resort restart your Infusion Server. This this will clear any locked files possibly held open after a network crash.
