I have charged an invoice to a Company but they want it to be charged to the Head Office Account.
Credit the initial invoice, use the Credit / Recharge utility - but select Credit only, process the pending invoice after adding a note.
Once this is done set up the Head Office Account in the Customer Details - Terms/Pricing tab as below
Using the Credit / Recharge utility locate the original Invoice Number and select Copy
Once the Pending Invoice has been saved, open and tick the Charge To: Head Office account.
This will add the invoice to the Head Office Account. All subsequent accounts will automatically charged unless they are created using this same process.
